Content: The course introduces what is service design systematic with gamification approach and how it can be used as way to design engaging experiences (exer 1). Different service design tools are tested in service co-design manner (exer 2,3). Then service design experienced are discussed, and practiced (ex 4). Further service design prototype are carried out (ex 5), and systemic service design understanding is practiced (ex 6).

Learning outcomes: Participants will learn what is service design with gamification approach. Learn how  gamification can used in services and applications to bring engagement and motivation?adopt the most common service design tools, understand different service design components, and experience co-design and prototyping.
